Yorkshire Water: Openings
Brief
Produce a dynamic video highlighting the value of Yorkshire Water by communicating the extent of work that goes on ‘behind the scenes’ in supplying clean drinking water to millions of people.
Solution
We scripted and storyboarded a video which used a cyclist passing through various locations in Yorkshire to deliver the narrative.
Opening with a motion graphic fly through and filmed with steadicam for long sweeping shots, the video was a truly dynamic, cinematic piece which delivered a positive message about the extensive work undertaken by Yorkshire Water on a daily basis.
The audience was led through a series of key messages delivered through voiceover and on-screen visual effects, all of which appeared as pop-up tags or graphics cleverly interacting with the scene.
Result
The video was very well received by the client and continues to be used as a curtain raiser at many Yorkshire Water events and has been added to their armoury of PR tools.
